Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
At AVholics, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers. However, if the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you’ve received a wrong or damaged product, or the item is not as described, we offer an easy process for returns and replacements.
If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you can contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a return or replacement.
How It Works
If you’re not satisfied with the item received, you can return it by following these simple steps:
- Raise Return Request
- Inform us about the issue with the product by raising a return request.
- Prepare Package
- Pack the item securely, including all accessories, manuals, tags, and original packaging.
- Ship the Package Free
- We will arrange a free pickup for your return.
- We Receive the Package
- Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
- Refund or Replacement Initiated
- If your return meets the criteria, we will initiate a 100% refund or replacement.
What Can You Return?
You can request a return or replacement for the following reasons:
- Wrong Product: If you receive a product that is not the same as what you ordered.
- Defective Product: If the product is damaged or defective.
- Dead on Arrival: If the product is not functioning at all.
Return Timeframe: You can raise a return request for the above issues within 7 days from the date of delivery.
In case of defective or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it. If the return is valid, we will process a 100% refund.
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit Card/Debit Card/Prepaid Payment: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Bank Account (Net Banking): Refunds will be processed to your bank account via NEFT.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be made via NEFT to your bank account.
Refund Time: The refund will take 3-4 days to reflect in your account after processing.
Criteria for Return/Refund
- Return Request Timeline:
- For damaged or defective products, raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- For all other returns, the request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition of the Product:
- The product should be in original condition and unopened if you are returning it due to dissatisfaction (i.e., product not as expected). Once the seal is broken, it cannot be returned unless defective.
- The product should include all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and the original packaging.
- Charges for Return:
- For unopened products, the return shipping will be borne by you. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight, with Rs. 60 per 500g for both sides (if applicable).
- Products that are damaged due to negligence or improper usage will not be accepted for return.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Products such as internal parts/accessories (e.g., computer RAM, SSDs, etc.) may not be returnable if found incompatible with your device.
- Cancellation Rights:
- If you raise a return request and our quality team does not find any issues with the product, we reserve the right to cancel the return/replacement process.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the product has been packed and dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
- Refund Process:
- If you cancel your order before dispatch, we will refund the full amount, but a 10% cancellation fee (including payment gateway charges and handling fees) may apply if the payment was made online.
- Delayed Delivery:
- If the product is delayed due to transit or unavoidable logistics issues, you may choose to cancel your order. However, a 10% cancellation fee will apply in such cases.
- Special Orders:
- If you’ve placed an order for a product that requires special booking or sourcing, the order cannot be canceled. This applies if the item is specifically purchased for your order.
Important Notes:
- Damaged or Opened Packages:
- If the product packaging appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept it. Please contact our customer support immediately.
- Courier Charges:
- If the return reason is not a defect or damage, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If you are unavailable at your address, our courier partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. You can contact customer support to schedule a specific delivery time.
