We aim to deliver high-quality audio-visual products with great customer satisfaction. However, if something doesn't go as planned, our refund policy is here to help.

Reporting Product Defects

If you find any defect or damage in your product, it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item by either the recipient or the sender.

If a defect is not reported within 48 hours, the product will be considered used, and no replacement or refund will be issued.

In the case of combo products or bundles, only the defective item will be eligible for refund or replacement. The customer will be charged for the remaining items that are in good condition.

Order Cancellation and Modifications

AVHolics reserves the right to cancel or modify any order at its sole discretion without providing a reason, regardless of the payment status.

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

If an order is modified, a partial refund will be processed to reflect the changes.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of approval.

User-Related Issues

No refunds will be provided for issues caused by user error, including:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Recipient not available or unreachable

Failure to follow return instructions

Refund Processing Time

Once your return or cancellation is approved:

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
