At AVHolics, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

For damaged products, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Please do not return items to the manufacturer or merchant directly.


Valid Reasons for Return

You may request a return if:

The item received is not as ordered or the wrong product was delivered.

The product is damaged or defective.

The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) — completely nonfunctional on delivery.

Once approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to our designated warehouse address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund:

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If your return is rejected (e.g., used items, outside return window), we will notify you accordingly.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).

Contact your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at aavholics@gmail.com with proof of the issue.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return is approved and a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us at aavholics@gmail.com or call +91 83681 05295 within 2 hours of placing your order. Cancellations cannot be processed once the item has been shipped.
